I’m Back!

In the words of Michael Jordan, “I’m back!”

I stopped posting regularly about a month ago, when the Clippers looked so listless that I just couldn’t muster any energy to write about them.  Just watching the games was a struggle.  At a certain point (I think it was when they got blown out in Indiana), I flat-out stopped liking this team.  They were too lazy, too whiny, and too stupid.  They seemed content to loaf their way through the first three quarters, and then take their chances on a CP3 bailout in the final minutes.

After slogging through a five-week stretch in which they continued to find new ways to hit rock bottom, the Clippers finally appear to have regained their joie de vivre.  They’re still a deeply flawed team, and I don’t expect them to make it past the second round of the playoffs, but at least they are playing hard again.  Lob City is back — at least until we get destroyed by Dallas and/or the Lakers this week.  Inspired by the Clippers’ rejuvenation, I’ve decided to get back in the blogging game.  To my three loyal followers, you’re welcome.
